Hi, I'm Cam. I work to solve problems in sustainability using my skills in ML/CV, edge computing, and product development.
Currently, I'm on the Solutions team at Mineral, the computational agriculture moonshot inside X, the Moonshot Factory.
I graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Symbolic Systems and a Concentration in Artificial Intelligence. While I was there, I won Best Project Award in CS 231N (Spring 2019) for our work on MobileVFX.
My first language was American Sign Language (ASL). In high school, I volunteered as an ASL/English interpreter. In college, I worked as a teaching assistant for Cathy Haas, who helped teach sign language to Koko the Gorilla.
I was the beatboxer for Stanford Everyday People A Cappella from 2016-2020 (one year we performed with Wiz Khalifa).
My family loves dogs! I grew up with beagles and we raise puppies-in-training with Canine Companions for Independence. Two pups became service dogs, one became a bomb-sniffing dog, and one became a movie star!
The best way to contact me is via email. Feel free to reach out! 🤟🏽
